Aziza is one of the leadership team members serving on the board of Jusoor, an international NGO supporting Syria’s development and helping its youth realize their potential through programs in the fields of education, global community engagement and Entrepreneurship. Today, Jusoor has supported the education of 500+ Syrian university students around the world and enrolled 3,400 refugee children across three centers in Lebanon. Jusoor also launched its Entrepreneurship Program in 2014, since then the program has attracted over 1,000 applications from Syrian startups around the world, trained 67 startups and more than 130 entrepreneurs through its bootcamps and provided $200k in prizes and funding. Aziza is currently an executive MPA Candidate at Sciences Po Paris specializing in Digital, New Technology and Public Policy. Prior to her academic pursuit, she advised government entities in the design and implementation of social initiatives, impact measurement and sustainability practices as Philanthropy and Social Investment Advisor at Sustainable Square Consultancy in the UAE.
